Events Assistant (Temporary)
Responsibilities:
- Support the event team on programmes execution and logistics arrangement;
- Handle various visitor promotion duties such as website searching and cold callings, etc;
- Provide clerical support, such as data entry, filing, compilation and consolidation of information;
- Provide on-site logistics support during the exhibition/event period;
- Answer enquiries from the public on event details;
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. Outdoor duty may be required
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proficiency in Chinese, English and fair in spoken Mandarin;
- Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit;
- Self-moltivated, multi-tasking and able to work under immense pressure and under tight deadline;
- Working experience in programmes or event management for sizable organizations is an advantage
