Events Assistant (Temporary)

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the event team on programmes execution and logistics arrangement;
    • Handle various visitor promotion duties such as website searching and cold callings, etc;
    • Provide clerical support, such as data entry, filing, compilation and consolidation of information;
    • Provide on-site logistics support during the exhibition/event period;
    • Answer enquiries from the public on event details;
    • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. Outdoor duty may be required

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
    • Proficiency in Chinese, English and fair in spoken Mandarin;
    • Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit;
    • Self-moltivated, multi-tasking and able to work under immense pressure and under tight deadline;
    • Working experience in programmes or event management for sizable organizations is an advantage
