Miss Vena Wei-Yan CHENG

Miss Vena CHENG Wei-Yan is a consultant in P. C. Woo & Co.’s litigation practice, focusing on white collar criminal cases, antitrust, complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She is admitted in New York, Hong Kong and England and Wales (non-practicing).

Miss Cheng has been serving the HKSAR Government by participating on various Government boards and committees. She is currently a member of the Audit Sub-Committee of the Hong Kong Housing Authority, the Assessment and Monitoring Sub-Committee of the Quality Education Fund, the Standing Commission on Civil Service Salaries and Conditions of Service and the Innovation and Technology Venture Fund Advisory Committee, as well as the member of the Lump Sum Grant Steering Committee.

Miss Cheng is a member of the Beijing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and is also an active member in various professional committees and associations in Hong Kong and Mainland China. She is a member of the Y. Elites Association, Hong Kong CPPCC Youth Association, Moral Education Concern Group and a director of Opera Hong Kong Limited. She is a committee member of the Beijing Overseas Friendship Association Youth Committee, Fujian Youth Federation, Fujian Province Overseas Friendship Association Youth Committee and Hong Kong Beijing Association.
